Three Month Placement
The pace is now picking up for Sport Relief 2010. Over the weekend of 19th - 21st March we hope to break our 2008 record of £28,523,047 by encouraging the nation to get sporty and help transform people’s lives for the better. Join our national team on a three month placement and experience first hand everything involved in creating a high profile campaign.
Starting either in September or December this year, you’ll get involved in everything from brainstorming initiatives to promote registration to researching media ideas, organising mailings and maintaining the contact database.
Bring us your experience of working in a busy admin environment, computer literacy and willingness to get stuck in and we’ll give you a CV-enhancing opportunity that will give you a great insight into the world of media, marketing and PR.
During your internship you can expect to draft and develop a press release for national/regional media; attend a photo call, stunt or artist interview; undertake a research project and receive mentoring.
These are unpaid positions but reasonable travel and lunch expenses will be reimbursed.
