Hand-held Gorgeous

Tucked away in a small corner of London, creativity and good old-fashioned hand stitching combine to form a fun and exciting range of organic t-shirts and stylish accessories called handmade & gorgeous.
Designer Tapiwa Matsinde's cute brand draws on the skills of the past learnt from mothers, aunts and grandmothers, bringing a thoroughly modern edge to the handiwork with colourful materials and quirky characters.
All the products are hand-stitched and with the addition of little
personal touches here and there, no two items are strictly
identical.
The company also works with a cooperative
made up of a group of women from disadvantaged communities in east London.
The cooperative’s emphasis is on helping women by providing training and
creating jobs.
PRECIOUS loves this Afro Angel bag priced
at £35.
